Our Founder

Dawn Rochelle Warner is the Founder of the Miss Bikini® Brand, and the Producer of one of the most important shows of Miami Swim Week. She is best known as an actress from the 1990’s with memorable roles “Walker, Texas Ranger”, “Keys To Tulsa”, “Toddlers and Tiaras”, and “Dallas” and as an international model appearing in ad campaigns and magazines.

Dawn’s professional modeling career has spanned over 30 years. Working for top designers and brands in Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, Paris and London, she landed national and international campaigns with Body Glove, Pepsi Cola, Catalina Swimwear, Miss Me Denim and graced the pages of Maxim, Esquire and Modern Bride Magazine, to name a few. In 2007, she was named as one of PETA’s 10 Sexiest Vegetarian’s Alive and one of Maxim Magazine’s 101 Hottest Women.

As an actress, Dawn appeared in many feature films including roles in “Keys To Tulsa”, “Three Days To A Kill”, and on the small screen in the TV series “Walker, Texas Ranger” and “Dallas”, and in reality shows: “Toddlers and Tiaras”, “Sexy Single Moms”, “Pageants To Go” and “Dollhouse Pageants”, a show based on her and her modeling & pageant company. Dawn’s hosting and correspondent credits include the “Billboard Latin Music Awards”, “DFW Playbook”, “IndepenDANCE Party with Mario Lopez”, “MLW Planet Hollywood Press”, and “KRLD Divas” for the Texas Rangers Baseball Team & CBS Radio. Dawn has interviewed celebrities including Enrique Iglesias, Laura Bozzo, and Donald Trump, and has additional credits on shows for the E! Channel, Telemundo/Mun2, and ESPN.

Dawn has been producing and directing pageants for over 25 years, including the Miss Teenage America Pageant, Miss Twin Peaks National Pageant, and the Miss Globe International US Pageant. She also founded the Miss Bikini United States Pageant, Miss Latina Pageant, and the Miss / Mrs. Ocean Pageant. Dawn enjoys coaching models/actors and was previously contracted to teach modeling and acting programs for John Casablancas Modeling Schools and also Barbizon Modeling School. She has helped cast talent for most major television networks including Mtv, CBS, VH1, Oxygen, FOX and many more.

Dawn lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Edge of Paradise Guitarist, Dave Bates. Dawn continues to act and produce films. She enjoys practicing yoga/meditation, Crystal Reiki, surfing, vegan food, and photography.
