Becca Bowen – Miss Bikini Fitness / Rising Country Star
Miss Bikini Fitness 2019-20, Becca Bowen (aka Country Barbie), is an up and coming Nashville Recording Artist. Her first release is called Love it, Leave it. This single showcases her spunky and strong personality
The first time that she heard this song she knew that she had to record it. She felt that people would relate to it. She loves country music because the songs tell a story. This song tells the story of heartache and strength that she felt most people could identify with.
Becca travels back and forth from South Carolina to Nashville writing, co-writing and performing. Tennessee has become her second home. Becca has a big personality and a love for life which shows in her everyday life. Her nickname is Country Barbie which is fitting because she loves the outdoors and her southern roots! She is a true Southern Belle. Becca opened up about her country roots in an earlier article on the Bikini Blog.
Becca started singing at 5 years old, and was on star Search by the time she was 8 years old. From there she starting pursuing a career in the entertainment industry in movies, commercials, shows and modeling. She sang different genres.. gospel, Broadway, pop and eventually to where her heart took her and that was Country music. She grew up listening to George Strait, Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton. Her music is traditional Country. Those influences can be heard throughout her new music estimated to release in the next month.
Those that are close to Becca know that she is a dreamer. Since she was a little girl she has always dreamed of being on the stage! She is not one to give up and because of her persistence her dreams are finally coming true.
