Meet the winner of the coveted 2025 Miss Bikini United States title – Darryl Ambuehl.
As the Miss Bikini Winner, you are an inspiration to thousands of women everywhere. How did you feel when you won? Tell us a bit about the experience
My favorite experience during the Miss Bikini event was seeing everyones fantasy wear! All of the girls really shined and showed their personality.Since being crowned there has been any so many amazing opportunities! I have been on the cover of Celka Magazine, and featured in several others such as AutoBabes Australia, Mirror, and more. I’ve also had the pleasure of visiting China to compete in Miss Tourism World!
What are the beauty products you can’t live without?
As a master aesthetician, skincare is very important to me. I absolutely cannot live without a good SPF and lipgloss. I’m also a redhead so because my eyelashes are practically see through… mascara is a must have too.
What is your personal style?
My personal style is thriftaholic. I own dozens of vintage pieces, and my closet can support any decade. Some of my favorite are the 70s, 90s and early 2000s… but i really like them all.
Who or what inspired you to get started in modeling?
I’ve always been drawn to fashion and have been playing dress up since i was a little girl. Once i had my photo taken for the first time, I felt more confident and the passion grew!I started modeling around 12 years old with my sister. We had been approached in stores and public spaces to model many times. As I got older I freelanced all over the US while working to support the passion. I saw the opportunity to join the Miss Bikini event and decided it was a great chance to meet like minded women and photographers as well as get some great shots. After winning, the fire is more lit than ever !
What is your best fitness tip?
My best fitness tip is to stay moving! Whether that be to walk, stretch, or dance, get that blood flowing.
What is one of the most interesting shoots that you have done?
One of the most interesting photoshoots I’ve done was in Arizona; I drug a giant suitcase with all the outfit changes up a VERY rocky mountain. It was so hot but was so worth it.
What advice or tips do you have for models entering Miss Bikini?
My advice to girls who want to join the bikini tribe: Go for it! If you go with a good attitude, raw talent, and the drive to make it happen no matter what tries to get in your way… you absolutely have a chance at making connections with amazing people and winning a title you’re proud of.
What is the most interesting place you have ever visited?
China is by far the most interesting place I’ve ever visited. Spending three weeks gave me plenty of time to absorb the amazing food and culture. I also met 59 women all from different countries!
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time ?
My favorite thing to do in my free time is browse antique malls for photoshoot props and outfits. Best place to practice your runway walk is down the isles let me tell you!
Give us 5 fun facts people may not know:
My two front teeth are completely fake! When i was in 6th grade another kid was hiding behind a corner and tripped me while i was running. My face hit the concrete and they shattered instantly. I have had many dental visits since then. Fun fact number two.. you guessed it, I’m afraid of the dentist. I can also pop my elbows, and do at least three times a day. I think it’s from years of gymnastics and dance. I also featured in the 2019 Hooters International Bikini Calendar when I was 19 year old after being crowned 2nd runner up and best costume in their show. Another fun fact is that other than modeling I also enjoy singing, dancing, and acting! I did dance, choir, and theatre growing up as well as many sports including track, cheerleading, volleyball, and way more!
