Petite Modeling: Meet 4′11″ Miss Bikini Winner Miracle Virden

At 4′11″, Miracle Virden has a simple answer for anyone who thinks they are too short to model: “you have to think tall thoughts.” The Miss Bikini Model USA 2025 winner has taken that outlook from the competition stage to New York Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, Las Vegas Swim Week and Miami Swim Week—and into a leading role on the television series Ventura Shores.

For petite women searching for modeling opportunities, her story gives that familiar question—can short girls model?—a real person and a real runway to look at. Miracle’s height is part of her story. It has not stopped her from building one.

A petite model with a national crown

Miracle’s Miss Bikini journey began with her first pageant and led to a national title. She returned as a former queen and now serves as a coach, helping other women prepare for their own time in front of the camera and on stage.

Winning was a moment she wanted to remember in detail. As she shares on her Miss Bikini coach profile, she made a journal entry after receiving the crown, then celebrated in Miami with her brother. The title became the beginning of more work, more connections and more opportunities.

From Miss Bikini to fashion week

Miracle has walked at New York Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, Las Vegas Swim Week and Miami Swim Week. Her experience shows why aspiring petite models should look beyond a single picture of what a runway model is supposed to be.

Different designers and productions cast for different needs. Some assignments have specific height requirements; others make room for a wider range of models. Miracle’s success does not mean every casting will fit every woman. It shows that being petite can coexist with runway work, a national crown and a growing modeling career.

Her work also extends to magazine covers and editorials, including Eternité, Autobabes, Sheen and IMIRAGE. Runway, photography and editorial work each offer a different way to develop a presence in fashion.

A modeling career that reaches the screen

Miracle was cast as Annalee Grey, a lead character in the scripted series Ventura Shores. She has also worked as a red carpet and live television host, including interviewing contestants during Miss Bikini.

Alongside modeling and acting, she is a registered operating room nurse and certified personal trainer. Her career brings together several interests rather than asking her to choose just one. She can sing, dance and sew, too—and has shared a dream of creating a swimwear or clothing line.

What petite models can learn from Miracle

“Think tall thoughts” is a memorable way to approach the nerves that come with being measured against someone else’s expectations. Preparation gives that mindset something practical to stand on: a practiced runway walk, posing experience, clear casting photos and the confidence to introduce yourself.

Before applying for a modeling opportunity, read the casting requirements and understand the assignment. Practice your walk and poses, prepare your materials and look for experiences that welcome your height and level of experience. A casting that does not fit you does not decide what every future casting will require.
